WOD: 3/15

Dynamic Deads ~
10x1 Deadlifts, on the minute @ 60% 1RM -- add bands or chains to get tight, pull fast and rest the remaining minute.

AMRAP 6 ~
35 Air Squats
60 m Farmers Walk (70, 53)

  1. How many minutes on the deads or is it until you cannot get it done in a minute?

  2. 1 Deadlift, on the minute, every minute for 10 minutes = 10 Deadlifts.
    Pull, release, and the remaining time of that minute is spent at rest.
    I want heavy weight done! More than body weight!!!
